Monsieur Fernand Whiskey is a Pure Malt Whisky. Carefully prepared by hand and made from organic malted barley. Fernand is distilled in a traditional copper pot still from the Pirits Valley (Charente region) before to be aged in old cognac organic casks. A finish is done in old Pineau des Charentes casks. Nose: Floral notes, pear, honey, vanilla, prunes, cinnamon and nuts. Palate: Lots of finesse, delicacy and smoothness. Finish: Nice length, opulent and harmonious.
