We melt the chocolate in a melter at the temperature of 40Ā°C. Ā When the chocolate is liquid, we put it in a machine that temperates it until you reach the temperature of 29Ā°C. When the chocolate is ready we run it off in molds, which have shapes of bars. When molds are full of chocolate we put withe chocolate on the top of each bar. Then, we introduce molds in the tunnel at controlled temperature (4Ā°C) for 20 minutes.When chocolate bars are ready we remove them from molds and we put them in a flow pack machine in order to be wrapped.At the end we put by hand the label on the product and we close chocolate bars in boxes, ready to be sold.
