We melt the chocolate in a melter at the temperature of 40°C. When the chocolate is liquid we add hazenuts in order to mix them. We put the chocolate and coffè aroma in a machine that temperates it until you reach the temperature of 29°C. When the chocolate is ready we run it off in a gianduiotto mold, and when it is full of chocolate we introduce it in the tunnel at controlled temperature (4°C) for 20 minutes. When chocolate is ready we remove it from mold and the gianduiotto is ready to be wrapped in a specific machine which wrap and print the logo on the paper at the same time. At the end we put by hand the product in boxes, the label on the box and we close mini gianduiotti in cartons, ready to be sold.
