Drappier's Rosé Nature is a fruity, generous and lively champagne.
It is a bled rosé obtained by macerating the Pinot Noirs for 2 days. This cuvée is then matured in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness and fresh red fruit aromas. Malolactic fermentation is carried out to bring balance to this unfined wine.
Dappier Rosé Nature has a deep pink colour and fine bubbles.
The nose reveals aromas of strawberry and raspberry, with a floral note.
On the palate, the wine is delicate, with the same red fruit aromas as on the nose, enhanced by citrus notes (tangerine) and a hint of white pepper.
This cuvée will go wonderfully well with salmon carpaccio, sushi or grilled meats.
