The pineapple rind is infused with Plantation 3 Stars for a week and then distilled while the pineapple flesh is infused with the original Plantation Dark for several months. Then, the distillate and the infusion are assembled. The production of Plantation Pineapple rum is very limited since it is linked to the seasons of the Victoria Pineapple.
