Single Barrel 100 Proof
There’s no more singular or unique a Whiskey experience than a Whiskey drawn from a single barrel. Our Master Distiller, watches over the barrels that rest in the upper floors of our barrel houses. Here the barrel receives the most intense fluctuations in temperature from the summer’s heat and the winter’s chill, imparting the most intense flavor and character to the Whiskey as it seeps in and out of the barrel’s wood. On occasion, a barrel draws the Master Distiller because of its unique flavor or uncommon character. Those barrels are marked. Once he deems the barrel is ready for bottling, it is never mingled with others. Each barrel is bottled individually and each label is placed on the bottle by hand. The Whiskey is as individual and unique as the barrel it has matured in and no two barrels are ever the same.
