New to this 2008 Vintage: 5% of the wines were produced and aged in wooden casks. This was to increase the complexity and aromatic richness of its Vintages. These cask-aged wines constitute the “spices” of the blend. One can also find light woody, vanilla and toasted aromas. The quality is exceptional, with great ageing potential. The generosity of the Pinot Noir's fruitiness resonates with the freshness of the lightly candied citrus fruit aromas and delicate hints of toasted notes.
