Aldo Bottega grappa is a blend of the best known and most widespread grape varieties from north-eastern Italy, such as Pinot, Cabernet and Merlot. The skins are distilled in three stages at different temperatures in traditional copper stills, which allow for vacuum processing (greater protection of aromas) and bain-marie heating (indirect and therefore more delicate system). The result is a grappa that maintains intact the organoleptic qualities of the grapes of origin and is characterised by its strong aromatic charge. Before bottling, it is refined in steel tanks for about 6 months.
