Matured in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon, Don Papa 7 Year Old Rum is aged in ex-Bourbon and ex-Rioja American Oak casks for depth of flavour, before being blended to perfection by our Master Distiller. With vibrant citrus zest, mango and sweet spices on the nose, the resultant blend delights with bold fruit flavours, fresh ginger and vanilla cream in the mouth.
