Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Dalmore Valour Single Malt is matured in three stages, firstly in Bourbon casks, then Andalusian sherry casks before finishing in port barrels from the Douro region. It has a deep amber colour and a nose which starts off as biscuit and caramel and finishes with notes of candied orange, lemon and plum. The aftertaste has hints of chocolate tinged with orange, cinnamon and coconut.
