You can book from 7 days up to 1 hour 45 minutes before the flight departure time from Rome Fiumicino*.
The order can be paid and collected in the Aelia Duty Free shops of the airport, at dedicated Shop&Fly cash desk. The Reserved ITA Airways lane guarantees a convenient and fast cash desk service.
Shop opening hours: 05:00 - 22:30
Payment by cash, debit card, credit card and other digital methods (e.g. G Pay, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay).
*Tobacconists cannot be booked. Possible restrictions (product type and quantity) based on the destination of your flight.
You can book from 7 days up to 30 minutes before arrival in Rome Fiumicino, if the flight comes from Italy or a Schengen country; up to 1 hour 45 minutes before, if the flight comes from a non-Schengen country*. In case of transit, book with the flight departing from Rome.
The order can be paid and collected at the ITA Airways Pick up Points, baggage claim areas T1 and T3, within 60 min of arrival.
