Intensely aromatic and bright yellow in colour with opalescent reflections, it encapsulates the sunshine and scents of the Mediterranean. To be savoured neat or strictly iced at the end of a meal, to experiment in mixology as an ingredient for long drinks or refreshing aperitifs, to add to ice cream and desserts for citrus notes.
