    In the mouth Senza acqua una potente esplosione di torba riempie la bocca con un ricco aroma di rovere, appena bilanciato dal sapore intenso e piĆ¹ dolce dello sherry. L'aggiunta di un goccio di acqua attenua solo leggermente l'intensa nota di torba, che poco a poco sfuma lasciando emergere solo in parte gli aromi piĆ¹ dolci dello sherry, ma c'ĆØ sempre quell'esplosione di fumo di torba che asciuga la bocca.
    On the nose Dalla bottiglia emerge un buon aroma di sherry con dolci note di uva sultanina e uva passa, un accenno di liquirizia dolce e solo un lieve sentore di torba. L'aggiunta di un goccio di acqua mette in evidenza l'aroma di marzapane e mandorla, con un contrappunto di noci cremose e molta frutta matura, ma di nuovo solo un lieve sentore di fumo di torba.
