1° fase : Applicazione a incrocio
Partendo dalla spalla sinistra, con la mano destra aperta scendere verso il décolleté tra i due seni, contornare il seno destro e tracciare un 8 per passare all'altro seno. Risalire verso la spalla destra. Ripetere con la mano sinistra partendo dalla spalla destra.
2° fase : Applicare Phytobuste + décolleté salendo dall’incavo dei seni verso le spalle con la mano aperta.
3° fase : Terminare esercitando delle pressioni con la mano aperta su seno e décolleté.
